• discussion on lipid and RNA analysis. Lipids will be coordinated by Graz, RNA will be sent to Zürich
• RNA sample identifiers will be used as follows Location_Running Number for both protection of IP rights as well as for financial handling
• Mouse models will be analyzed as follows:
1. Paris : Caveolin-/- mice : adipocytes complete analysis
ob/ob mice : adipocytes - Lipidomics LD analysis
2. Utercht : Caveolin-/- mice : liver complete analysis
3. Graz : CGI58-/- mice : adipocytes and liver complete analysis
