Establishing data processing pipelines

For each of the various OMICS domain technologies employed in the LipidomicNet project, Standard Processing Procedures or SPPs have been defined and implemented. For these implementations to be readily usable by scientists, they have to become part of automated pipelines that can execute the processing steps automatically and conveniently. Such pipelines typically take the form of end-user oriented software applications that can function as stand-alone tools, or as part of a larger suite of tools.

These pipelines for data processing are the subject of the deliverables in Month 12, and this page provides links to individual pages describing them, organized by technology platform.
