The implemented algorithms have been integrated into a standalone application: LipiMiner.
For such an application, Integromics S.L. has developed a workflow repository, written in C++, which defines the order for the algorithms to be executed. Afterwards the results are shown by a visualization library, also implemented in C++ code and developed by Integromics S.L. The integration among R and C++ is done by a COM (Component Object Model) object. This is a binary interface standard for software componentry introduced by Microsoft in 1993.
The software is available on request: lipiminer@integromics.com
